R&D Strength

More Than 100+ Patents

The R&D team has 150+ employees and 70% of them earned master and doctoral degrees.  The R&D investment is increasing every year. We have won 120+ patents and been applying for 166+ patents (As of November 15, 2021). Parts of our products won IF design awards, the Gold Award of 2018 Excellent Industrial Design and other important design awards at home and abroad.


Production Capacity

Guide's product production has realized fully automated temperature calibration and dust-free clean room packaging. In order to meets the quality standards of different countries, Guide passed certifications like National Infrared Center, FCC ,CE and RoHS. Guide has independently developed more than 200 types of products. Its stable supply includes  more than 10 production lines with an annual output of 500,000 units. After the expansion, the production site will reach 20,000 square meters with an annual output of about 3 million units.

Guide follows the customer-centric business philosophy and has established a strict quality control system. The company implements the 7S management method and realizes end-to-end quality control until delivery. The whole process quality control is achieved through the SAP system. Guide has obtained strict management system certifications, such as ISO-9001:2015, ISO1401:2015, ISO45001:2018 and IATF16949:2016. It also passed the SGS certification.

Guide Sensmart has established a complete after-sales service system and promises to provide customers with fast, effective, professional and high-quality after-sales service. During the warranty period, the defective product can be repaired or replaced for free if the product is not damaged by personne. Paid repair services are provided for products that exceed the warranty. Technical consultation and software upgrade services are provided for free. We have established after-sales service sites in cities of China and after-sales centers in Germany and Belgium to serve customers in Europe and the United States.
